Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the research and development of biochemical diagnostic reagent products including biochemical enzymology, latex turbidimetry and other different methodology items.
Responsible for performance evaluation, calibration and quality control of biochemical reagent items.
Developing experimental protocols, completing experiments and issuing corresponding experimental reports
Responsible for the daily management and maintenance of laboratory instruments
Have some experience in the conversion of reagent kits.

Qualifications:

Unified Bachelor degree or above, Bachelor degree in medical testing, biology, medicine, chemistry and other related majors.
Experience in latex turbidimetric reagent development or raw material (antigen, antibody) platform development is preferred.
Strong experimental analysis ability and hands-on ability, familiar with the operation of routine instruments, proficient in the use of office software
Able to think and solve problems independently, with good teamwork spirit.
Good communication and project management skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for chemiluminescent reagent development, including antibody modification and labelling, primary screening, fine screening and reaction system optimization.
Responsible for the development of chemiluminescent reagent kits, including R&D and process conversion.
Assist in chemiluminescence related product project filing and intellectual property rights application.
Responsible for daily management and maintenance of laboratory instruments.
Have some experience in the conversion of reagent kits.

Qualifications:

Unified Bachelor degree or above, Bachelor degree in medical testing, biology, medicine, chemistry and other related majors.
More than 2 years of experience in chemiluminescent reagent research and development, with strong experimental design and operation ability.
Strong execution ability, strong learning ability, and good professional ethical qualities.
Strong communication and presentation skills and teamwork spirit.
Innovative ideas and familiarity with organic synthesis routes are preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the research and development of lateral chromatography reagent products, including new product development and improvement of existing products.
Responsible for performance evaluation, calibration and quality control of lateral chromatography reagent items.
Screen and validate new product raw materials, determine experimental protocols, and record R&D data completely and accurately.
Determine quality standards for new products and develop corresponding production and inspection procedures.


Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or above in biology, medicine, testing related majors.
Experience in colloidal gold diagnostic kit development, immunohistochemistry, in situ hybridisation product research is preferred.
Experience in successful independent R&D projects is preferred.
Experience in immunochromatography kit development is preferred.
Strong ability to design and analyse experiments and hands-on ability, and skilled in the operation of conventional instruments.
Teamwork consciousness, adaptability, love of research, innovative spirit, able to work under pressure.

Job Responsibilities:

Strictly inspect incoming raw and auxiliary materials according to the standards of technical documents.
Issue inspection report of raw and auxiliary materials, and carry out re-inspection work.
Ensure the process quality inspection procedures, responsible for the finished product inspection of the work.
Fill in quality records and reports in a timely manner, and carry out statistical analysis of quality reports.
Prepare or revise departmental quality management system documents and refine business processes.
Responsible for the promotion and supervision of the implementation of the company’s system documents within the department.
Responsible for the quality of the product production process, organise the rapid analysis and positioning of quality problems.
Follow up the long-term programme of the department responsible for quality problems and confirm the improvement effect.
Organise and plan quality improvement theme projects, and find the direction of improvement through quality data analysis.

Job Qualification:

Unified Bachelor degree or above, Bachelor degree in medical testing, biology, medicine, chemistry and other related majors.
Familiar with ISO9000 quality management system, with good analytical skills.
Organisation, communication and coordination skills, good quality project management driving ability.
Proficient in office automation, experience in raw material inspection of electronic products is preferred.
Steady, careful, strong sense of responsibility, with certain language skills.
Trained in QMS, proficient user of quality tools (7 tools, FMEA, SPC) is preferred.
